DROP PROCEDURE 

Parents must notify Wild Rose Gymnastics to drop from a class. Only notice through the registration software or by email will be acceptable.  A drop request of 30 days is required. Example - If you give written notice on February 12th that you would like to be done for March 1st, you will be required to pay till March 12th, but you are welcome to attend the class until March 12th. If you gave notice on February 1st that you would like to be done classes March 1st, then you do not owe any fees for March and will be done classes at the end of February. 

Please note: You are responsible for payment for your classes whether or not your child attends class until the time you notify us via email.

 

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

A $20.00 penalty will be added to accounts that have declined credit card / late payments. WRG reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue a gymnast’s involvement in the program if the training fees are not paid by the 2nd of the month.
